ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Project Management, Creative Production, and VENDOR RELATIONS
For 4 days leading up to the NBA Draft, the AT&T Store in Times Square transformed into The Flagship Experience, the ultimate destination for NBA fans to connect with Cooper Flagg during draft week with memorabilia displays, unique touchpoints, custom art, giveaways, DJ appearances, and celebrity guests.
The entrance floor was transformed into an immersive Cooper Flagg shrine with the star's accolades showcased through physical game-worn memorabilia displays and high-energy content. Fans were given a chance to get hype for the draft with their own bold statement to Cooper, displayed on a custom animating Times Square billboard graphic that shows love for the #1 pick.
Within the lower level of the store, displays invited fans to explore the community that turned Cooper's dream into reality, with each step of his journey illustrated through stories from coaches, teammates, and his family. Fans also were able to directly connect with Make The Call, a rotary phone dipped in AT&T where guests left Cooper words of encouragement or advice on navigating his NBA career to help him celebrate this milestone on.
A bold photo station empowered fans to join in on Cooper Flagg's momentous NBA Draft celebration. Attendees were able to choose from a selection of jerseys from all 30 teams to hold up and pose with as if they were the #1 overall pick on draft night.
To make the celebration even more momentous, fans received a premium giveaway of Cooper. Similar to Cooper's lottery pick, fans received a randomized digital ping-pong ball on their phone to win prizes from a limited edition merch drop exclusive to the AT&T Flaggship Experience. Fans had the ability to win a T-shirt, tote bag, or flag.
